On Line Nominations for 2021-22 under revamped INSPIRE Award Scheme - MANAK REG NIF, New Delhi Letter dated - 16/07/2021.
Dear Sir, Regarding the above subject and context, to state that according to INSPIRE Award scheme MANAK,
online school registration and nomination for the year 2021-22 has started from 15th July 2021.
And Ta. It will be closed on 15/10/1. All SVS Convenors, TPEO / BRC / CRC and all schools are requested to report this matter from your level. Attached is a letter from National Innovation Foolations, New Delho. Guidelines are available on all diets. You will be contacted by the District Nodal Officer of DIET under this scheme. With the joint venture of DIET and your office (SVS Convener, TPEO / BRC / CRC) training is organized at taluka level, registration and nomination is expected to be done by maximum number of schools in the districts.

ઘણા શિક્ષકો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓના મનમાં Inspire Manak ને લગતા ઘણા પ્રશ્નો છે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે
1) વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વિચારને upload કરતી વખતે વિડિઓ upload નો વિકલ્પ આવે છે તે Optional છે. એટલે કે વિડિઓ ના હોય તો પણ ચાલશે.
2. વિદ્યાર્થીઓના વિચાર માટેનું Appraisal ફોર્મ ગુજરાતી ભાષામાં પણ માન્ય છે.
3. Appraisal ફોર્મનો નમૂનો અલગથી મોકલાવેલ છે. જે જોતા આપને મોડેલની વિગત ભરવાનો ખ્યાલ આવી જશે.
4. એક શાળા ઓછામાં ઓછો એક વિચાર અને વધુમાં વધુ 5 વિચારો submit કરી શકશે. (આ પાંચે વિચારો અલગ અલગ હોવા જોઈએ અને પાંચે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અલગ હોવા જોઈએ)
5. આ મુદ્દો ખાસ સમજવો. બાળકનું નામ આધાર કાર્ડમાં અને બેન્કની પાસબૂકમાં સરખું હોવુ જોઇએ કારણકે તેનો વિચાર પસંદ થશે તો તેના વિચારને develop કરવા માટે 10,000 રૂપિયા વિદ્યાર્થીના ખાતામાં જમા થશે.
6) INSPIRE AWARD Scheme - Manak વર્ષ 2022 - 2023 માટે submition ની અંતિમ તારીખ 30/09/2022.
The meeting will be organized by the Diet's Taluka Liaison. The data of the nomination reviewed by the District Nodal Officer every 15 days will have to be sent to the state level. Maximum 5 bed original ideas / innovations NIP by any one school.
Must be uploaded on the link mentioned in the letter. Schools which have not yet registered on the E-MLAs web portal also have to register on this portal and proceed with the online nomination, detailed information will be given at this meeting by the District Nodal Officer of DIET.

As you are aware that INSPIRE Award MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspiration and Knowledge), is a flagship scheme of Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India and implemented by National Innovation Foundation (NIF), Gandhinagar, Gujarat. instill creative / innovative thinking among school students in the age group of 10-15 years and studying in class 6-10.
2. The MANAK Scheme envisages to target one million original / innovative ideas from students studying in more than five lakh middle and high schools across the country and selecting the best ideas having potential to cater to societal needs and applications. Thereby motivating and rewarding these students to take the novel ideas forward for prototype and product development,
3. It may kindly be noted that the registered schools under the INSPIRE Award MANAK Scheme, in each academic year, can nominate 2-3 best ideas from their schools through online mode, in E - Management of INSPIRE Award Scheme (E - MIAS) web portal of the Department using the link: www.inspireawards-dst.gov.in.
4. The online nominations for 2020-21, have been resumed from June 1, 2020. The schools can now submit their online nominations at the above web portal. I request you to please direct all the concerned State and District functionaries, to apprise all the schools under their purview about the opening of online scheme MANAK 2020-2021.
5. I understand that due to Covid - 19, students may not be attending schools, however this time can be used by them for generation of innovative ideas which can be submitted to the online portal when schools reopen.
6. I also look forward to your kind cooperation in further expanding the outreach of this unique scheme, by expediting the registration of schools yet to be covered under this scheme, from your State / UT, so that, young students with an appetite for creativity and innovation can be provided with rightful platform to showcase their talent.
