તાજેતરમાં જ ધો. 10 ની પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થવા પામી છે. તેમજ બોર્ડ દ્વારા ધો. 10 નું પરિણામ પણ જાહેર કરી દેવાની તજવીજ હાથ ધરી છે. તો બીજી તરફ ધો. 10 બાદ ડિપ્લોમાં એન્જીનીયરીંગમાં રજીસ્ટ્રેશનની પ્રક્રિયા ઓનલાઈન શરૂ કરવામાં આવતા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સાયબર કાફે પર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ભીડ જોવા મળી હતી.

ધો. 10 ની પરીક્ષાઓ પૂર્ણ થતાની સાથે જ હવે ડિપ્લોમાં ઈજનેરીની બેઠકો પર વર્ષ 2024-25 માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશનની પ્રક્રિયા આજથી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે.  અગાઉનાં વર્ષોમાં ધો. 10 માં પાસ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કાર્યવાહીમાં ભાગ લઈ શકશે. 

ખાસ નોંધ:-

સમગ્ર પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા ઓટીપી ઉમેદવારોના મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઈમેલ આઇડી પર મોકલવામાં આવતા હોઈ તેઓએ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન દરમ્યાન યુઝર આઇડી બનાવતી વખતે પોતાના મોબાઇલ નંબર અને ઈમેલનો ઉપયોગ કરવો અને તે મોબાઇલ અને ઈમેલ આઇડીને સમગ્ર પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા દરમ્યાન એક્ટિવ રાખવા.

A certain reservation criteria is followed for the SC/ST/EWS and socially backward candidates under Gujarat diploma admission 2024. Seats reserved for these candidates will not be open for general category candidates. Step by Step Guide to Fill Gujarat Diploma Admission 2024

Step 1- Registration: Candidates should visit the official website and click on the registration link. Follow the given steps to complete the registration process.

• Visit official website
• Click on “Registration to Diploma courses”.
• Candidate will be redirected to the page. Select course to apply from:

• First-year diploma after SSC
• First-year diploma after TEB
• First-year diploma after ITI

• Enter security code displayed on screen.
• Click on “New Registration”.
• After this, candidates will be redirected to registration form link, where they have to enter following details-

Personal Details - Here, candidates will have to enter their name, date of birth, gender, name of parents, course applied, aadhaar details, etc.

Contact Details - Here, candidates will have to enter their address including city, state, pin code, mobile number and email ID.

Booklet Details- Here, the candidates have to enter the pin serial number and 14-digit PIN number of the booklet purchased from the ICICI bank branch.

Choose Password - After all the details have been entered by the candidate, he/she will have to choose a password and confirm it for creating an account.

After this, candidates will have to select a security question and set its answer and finally submit registration details. After successful registration, One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number. Candidates will have to enter the OTP to generate login ID. Once, the login ID is created, candidates have to enter the following details

Reservation Details - Candidates have to enter their category, sub-category, category certificate number, TFW scheme (if applicable), family income details, address of school from which qualifying exam is passed, board.

Qualifying Exam Details- After this, candidates have to enter roll number/seat number of qualifying exam along with the passing month & year.

Enter the security code- Finally candidates will have to enter percentage of marks, school index number, subject-wise marks and total marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Step 2- Payment of Application Fee: Candidates should next pay the application fee of Rs. 200 through debit card, net banking or demand draft. The candidates can pay the application fee through the Demand Draft. It is necessary that the DD should be accepted by the Commissionerate of Technical Education, Gujarat State.

Documents required to fill application form

• Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC), should submit their caste certificates issued by the Government.

• A physically handicapped candidate should submit the Certificate of Physical Disability which is issued and signed by the Civil Surgeon/Medical Authority.

• Ex-Serviceman certificate should be issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board Gujarat State or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer.

• In-Serviceman Certificate should be issued by the Commanding Officer of the respective unit.

How Merit list is prepared on basis of class 10 marks

The merit list of Gujarat diploma admission 2024 after Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination will be prepared by considering the marks of the candidate secured in the following three subjects in class X- (The total marks considered are 300 marks)

In case of a tie between the merit of two or more candidates in SSC exam, following rules will be followed:

7. ભરેલા અરજી ફોર્મનું પુનરાવલોકન. (આખરી સબમિશન કરતાં પહેલાં સમગ્ર અરજીપત્રક પર ફરીથી એક નજર નાખવાનું સૂચન કરવામાં આવે છે.)

8. આપવામાં આવેલી પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે લિન્ક દ્વારા એપ્લિકેશન ફીની ચૂકવણી. (યુનિવર્સિટીઓ/કૉલેજો, પ્રવાહો અને અભ્યાસક્રમોની અમર્યાદિત પસંદગી માટે માત્ર એક વખતની એપ્લિકેશન ફીની ચૂકવણી).

9. ભરેલા અરજી ફોર્મને વિદ્યાર્થીના સંબંધિત ઈ-મેઇલ આઇડી પર આપમેળે મોકલવામાં આવશે.

10. વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા નોંધણીનું અંતિમ સોપાન – ફાઈનલ સબમિશન

11. વિદ્યાર્થી દ્વારા પસંદ કરવામાં આવેલી તમામ યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજોને સબમિટ કરેલી અરજી મોકલવામાં આવશે.

12. દરેક યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજ ઉમેદવારોનું એક અલગ મેરિટ લિસ્ટ બનાવશે. યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજને મેરિટ લિસ્ટ બનાવવા માટે અને ત્યાંના મેરિટ લિસ્ટ મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઈ-મેઇલ મોકલવા માટે કહેવામાં આવી શકે છે.

13. મેરિટ લિસ્ટના આધારે, પસંદ થયેલા વિદ્યાર્થી દસ્તાવેજની ચકાસણી અને ફી સબમિટ કરવા માટે યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજની મુલાકાત લેશે.

14. યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજ વિદ્યાર્થીની પુષ્ટિ કરશે અને તેની નોંધણી કરશે.

1. અંતિમ નોંધણી, ફાઈનલ સબમિશન પહેલાં તમામ પ્રશ્નો પૂર્ણ કરવા ફરજિયાત છે.

2. હંમેશાં અપડેટેડ, વપરાશમાં હોય તેવાં ઈ-મેઈલ આઇડી અને મોબાઈલ નંબરની વિગત ભરવાની ખાતરી કરો. આપેલા મોબાઈલ નંબર દ્વારા અરજી ફોર્મ સંબંધિત મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ અપડેટ આપવામાં આવશે.

3. ઉમેદવારે માતા-પિતા/વાલીઓનો સક્રિય સંપર્ક નંબર સબમિટ કરવો ફરજિયાત છે.

4. લાયકાત સંબંધિત તમામ વિગતો યોગ્ય રીતે દાખલ કરવી ફરજિયાત છે. આને કારણે યુનિવર્સિટીઓ/કૉલેજોને સબમિટ કરેલા અરજી ફોર્મને શોર્ટલિસ્ટ કરવામાં મદદ મળે છે.

5. દસ્તાવેજની ચકાસણી અને અંતિમ નોંધણી માટે ઉમેદવારે યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજની પસંદ કરેલી યાદી સંદર્ભે ઈ-મેઇલ મળ્યા પછી યુનિવર્સિટી/કૉલેજની મુલાકાત લેવાની રહેશે.

મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનાઓ

• અરજદાર પાસે સક્રિય ઇમેઇલ આઇડી અને મોબાઇલ નંબર હોવા જોઇએ.
• અરજદાર એક જ ઇમેઇલ આઇડી પરથી માત્ર એક જ વખત નોંધણી કરાવી શકે છે.
• અરજદાર પાસે 50 K.B. ના મહત્તમ કદ સાથે નવીનતમ ફોટો અને સહી હોવી આવશ્યક છે.

(ફક્ત સરકારી શાળા, આશ્રમ શાળા અને ગ્રાન્ટ ઈન એડ શાળાઓના પાંચમાં ધોરણમાં અભ્યાસ કરી રહેલ આદિજાતિના બાળકો માટે) આદિજાતિ બાળકોને ઉચ્ચ ગુણવત્તાસભર શિક્ષણ સાથે સારા આવાસ અને ભોજનની સુવિધા મળી રહે તેવા ઉચ્ચ હેતુસર એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્સીયલ સ્કૂલો કાર્યરત છે. સદર શાળાઓ ધોરણ-૬થી ધોરણ-૧૨ સુધીની છે. શાળામાં કોમ્પ્યુટર શિક્ષણ, રમતગમત, ચિત્રકલા, શિક્ષણ, લાયબ્રેરી વિગેરેની સુવિધા છે. એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્સીયલ સ્કૂલોમાં ધોરણ-૬માં પ્રવેશ માટે અરજીઓ મંગાવવામાં આવે છે. તથા અનુસુચિત જનજાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઉત્તમકક્ષાનું શિક્ષણ તેમજ સુવિધાઓ મળે અને ઉત્તમ કક્ષાની શાળામાં પ્રવેશ મળે તે માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા ટેલેન્ટપુલ યોજનાનું નિર્માણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ ટેલેન્ટ પુલ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્સીયલ સ્કૂલ પ્રવેશ પરીક્ષામાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થવાનું રહેશે. (ટેલેન્ટ પુલ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા માટે પ્રવેશ સમયે સરકારશ્રીના આવક મર્યાદા અંગેના પ્રવર્તમાન નિયમો ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે.)

પાત્રતાનું ધોરણઃ

• વિદ્યાર્થી વિદ્યાર્થિનીઓ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ (ST) હોવા જોઈએ.
• 
  
• પ્રવેશ સમયે વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઉંમર તા. ૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૪ સુધી ઓછામાં ઓછી ૧૦ વર્ષથી વધુમાં વધુ ૧૩ વર્ષની હોવી જોઈએ. (તા. ૧લી એપ્રિલ એ જન્મેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અરજી કરી શકશે) (૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૧થી ૩૧/૦૩/૨૦૧૪ વચ્ચે જન્મેલ બાળક)

• વિદ્યાર્થી/વિદ્યાર્થિઓની હાલ સરકારી શાળા આશ્રમ શાળા અથવા માન્ય ગ્રાન્ટ ઇન-એઇડ શાળાઓમાં (શિક્ષણ વિભાગની યાદી મુજબ) ધોરણ-૫માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં હોવા જોઈએ અને પ્રવેશ મેળવતી વખતે ધોરણ-૫ પાસ કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ.

• આદિજાતિ વિસ્તારના આદિમ જુથના બાળકો અને હળપતિ બાળકો માટે કુલ બેઠકના ૫% સુધી અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે.

• વિમુક્ત વિચરતિ/અર્ધ વિચરતિ જાતિના બાળકો માટે કુલ બેઠકના ૫% સુધી અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે.
• 
  
• વિદ્યાર્થી જેના માતા પિતા ડાબેરી ઉગ્રવાદ-ના ભોગ બનેલા નાગરિકો અને પોલીસ/અર્ધલશ્કરી સશસ્ત્ર દળોના જવાનોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે બળવો / કોવિડના કારણોસર મૃત્યુ થયેલ હોય, વિધવા માતાના બાળકો, દિવ્યાંગ માતા પિતાના બાળકો, અન્ય - જમીન દાતા, અનાથ (માતા પિતા બંને હયાત ન હોય તેવા) વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ૧૦% સુધી પ્રવેશ માટે અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે.

• દિવ્યાંગ બાળકો માટે કુલ બેઠકના ૫% સુધી પ્રવેશ માટે અગ્રિમતા આપવામાં આવશે.
• Domicile State / UT ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પ્રવેશ માટે અરજી કરવા પાત્ર છે.

પ્રવેશ સમયે લાગું પડતા જરૂરી તમામ પ્રમાણપત્ર રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.

* . * સંબંધિત ગામની પ્રાથમિક શાળા તમામ એકલવ્ય મોડેલ રેસીડેન્સીયલ શાળાઓ તમામ મોડેલ શાળાઓ તમામ કન્યા સાક્ષરતા નિવાસી શાળાઓ M . તમામ આશ્રમશાળાઓ અને ગ્રામ પંચાયત તમામ આદર્શ નિવાસી શાળાઓ પ્રાયોજના વહીવટદારશ્રી અને મદદનીશ કમિશ્નરશ્રીની કચેરીઓ તમામ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રો તેમજ જિલ્લા શિક્ષણધિક્ષકશ્રીની કચેરીઓ.

અરજીપત્ર જમાં કરાવવાના સ્થળો :

* પ્રવેશ * જ અરજીપત્ર ભરીને જે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર ઉપર પરીક્ષા આપવાની હોય તે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્રમાં રૂબરૂ અથવા ટપાલથી જમાં કરાવવાનું રહેશે. અને તે જ સ્થળેથી પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશપત્ર ઈસ્યુ કરવામાં આવશે. અથવા જે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર ઉપર પરીક્ષા આપવાની હોય તે પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પર ટપાલથી અરજીપત્ર મોકલી શકાશે અને તે જ પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર પરથી ટપાલથી પ્રવેશપત્ર મોકલવામાં આવશે. આ સિવાય અન્ય જગ્યાએ અરજીપત્ર મોકલવામાં આવશે તો તે સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં. પરીક્ષા દરમિયાન પાત્રતા ધરાવતા હોવાના કોઈ દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવાઓનો આગ્રહ રાખવામાં આવતો નથી. જો ઉમેદવારો પ્રવેશ માટે કસોટીના અંતે લાયક ઠરશે તો પ્રવેશ સમયે આ અંગેના આધાર પુરાવા રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. જે ઉમેદવાર મેરીટમાં આવશે તેમને એકલવ્ય શાળાની પસંદગી માટે કાઉન્સેલીંગ માટે બોલાવવામાં આવશે તે ઉમેદવારે સંબંધિત દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા તે સમયે રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે. જેથી ઉમેદવારને પોતે ઠરાવેલ પાત્રતા ધરાવે છે તેની ખરાઈ કરીને જ અરજી કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. પ્રવેશ સમયે ઉમેદવાર પરીક્ષામાં ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ હોવા છતાં જો પાત્રતા ધરાવતા નહીં હોય તો કોઈ સંજોગોમાં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.

પરીક્ષા પદ્ધતિ :

પરીક્ષા તા. ૨૮/૦૪/૨૦૨૪ને (રવિવાર)ના રોજ યોજવામાં આવશે, અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સવારે ૧૦:૩૦ કલાકે પરીક્ષા સ્થળે પહોંચી જવાનું રહેશે. પરીક્ષાનો સમય સવારના ૧૧:૩૦ થી બપોરના ૧ઃ૩૦ કલાક સુધીનો રહેશે. 

• પ્રશ્નપત્રમાં ભાષા કૌશલ્ય ક્ષમતા ભાષા-૨૫ ગુણ (અંગ્રેજી/ગુજરાતી હિન્દી), 
• અંકગણિત-૨૫ ગુણ 
• બુદ્ધિમતાને લગતા ૫૦-ગુણ

• વિષયોમાંથી એમ મળી કુલ ગુણ-૧૦૦ માર્કસના વૈકલ્પિક પ્રશ્નો પૂછવામાં આવશે.

પરિણામ જાહેર કરવાની તારીખ : મે ૨૦૨૪નું બીજું અઠવાડિયું

સંબંધિત જિલ્લા પ્રાયોજના કચેરી અને નજીકની ઈ.એમ.આર.એસ. જી.એલ.આર.એસ. મોડેલ શાળા સ્થળ : 

(only for tribal children studying in Std-5 in Government School, Ashram School and Grant in Aid Schools) |  

Eklavya Model Residential Schools are functioning for the purpose of providing good accommodation and meals to the tribal children with a high-quality education.  These schools are from Std-6 to Std-12.  The school has facilities for commuter education, sports, painting, education, library etc.  Applications are invited for admission in Std-6 in these Eklavya Model Residential Schools.  |  

The Talent Pool Scheme has been formulated by the Government of Gujarat for the students of Scheduled Tribes to get excellent education as well as facilities and admission in excellent schools.  To take advantage of the Talentpool scheme, one has to pass the Eklavya Model Residential School Entrance Examination in the first stage.  (In order to avail the benefit of Talentpool Scheme, the existing rules regarding the income limit of the Government will be taken into consideration at the time of admission.) 

 EKLAVYA SCHOLL ADMISSION  - GUJARAT STATE TRIBLE EDUCATION

JNV ALL TEST 

 Eligibility Criteria: 

The student should be a Scheduled Tribe (ST).  Must be at least 13 years of age at the time of admission, 

Student / Student should be studying in Government School Ashram School or recognized Grant in Aid Schools (as per the list of Education Department) in Std-5 and should have passed Std-5 at the time of admission.  

In Eklavya Model Residential Schools, 5% of the total seats will be reserved for (1) handicapped (2) Orphans (3) PVTG (3) Halpati.  

EMRS other than Scheduled Tribes  Priority will be given for admission up to 10% for students of school staff, children of widowed mothers and children of disabled parents.  The required applicable certificate must be submitted at the time of counseling.  

Under the sports quota, admission will be given to eligible Scheduled Tribe students who excel in sports up to 20% seats.  (Winners at District Level, State Level, and National Level - Preference will be given).  The required certificate must be submitted at the time of counseling.  

PSE ALL TEST FOR PREPARETION

 Places to submit the admission application form: 

After filling the application form, the examination center at which the examination is to be given should be submitted in person or by post at the examination center.  And the admission letter will be issued to the examinees from the same place or the application form can be sent by post to the examination center where the examination is to be given and the admission letter will be sent by post from the same examination center.  

If the application is sent to a place other than this, it will not be accepted.  No documentary evidence of eligibility is required during the examination.  If the candidates qualify for admission at the end of the test, they will have to submit supporting evidence at the time of admission.  

Candidates who appear in Merit will be called for counseling for the selection of Eklavya School. The candidate will have to submit the documentary evidence at that time, so that the candidate will be asked to apply only after verifying that he / she is eligible.  Admission will not be granted under any circumstances if the candidate does not qualify even though he has passed the examination at the time of admission.  

Examination Method: 

Examination Date  28/04/2024 will be held on Sunday, and students will have to reach the examination venue at 10:30 am.  Exam time will be from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm.  The question paper will ask optional questions from subjects related to language skills (English and Gujarati), science, and mathematics as well as general knowledge, intelligence and practice.  The total time for writing the question paper will be 2 hours and 30 minutes.  

The examination will be conducted by the OMR system.
