It is important to remember the basic features that are important for goal building.  The goal is the ideal: which usually motivates a person to be very high.  The goal should always be high, Not failure but low aim is crime.  “Excuse the target, sorry, not sorry, low mark” Not a failure, but a low target is a crime, since the goal is unattainable.  Keeps the person constantly striving to get it.
