The birth anniversary of Bankimchandra Chatterjee, author of the National Anthem of India, is being celebrated today.  His full name was Bankimchandra Chatterjee.  


But people also call him Bankimchandra Chattopadhyaya.  He is a famous Bengali novelist, poet and journalist.  Not only did his performances inspire activists during the Indian independence movement against British rule in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, his national anthem 'Vande Mataram' inspired revolutionaries during the Mazadi struggle, of which every Indian Arj is proud.  , His father Pashavchandra Chattopadhyay was the Nalamba Collector of Midnapore.  



His brother Sanyag Vachandra Chaupadhyay was also a novelist and his book 'Palam Z' was very famous.  After Bekimchandra's early education in Midnapore, he joined Mohsin College in Hooghly and studied there for 6 years. In 1956, he went to Presidency College, Kaharkatta, from where he did his BA in 1859.  



He later obtained a law degree in 1869.  When Bankimchandra Chat was just 11 years old, Teda la la.  His wife was only 5 years old at the time of the marriage.  His wife died when he was 27 years old.  After the death of the first Pani, he got married to Rajalakshmi for the second time.

He wrote many novels and poems, his writings also worked to awaken the revolutionary ideas in the people.  

His novels became so popular that they were translated into other Indian languages.  Wankim Adra wrote his first Bengali novel, Durgeshanandini, based on romance, which was published in the year 1 B65.  His most famous novel was Anand Math which was published in 1882.  


Anandam has "Vande Mataram Rit, which was later adopted as the national anthem. Chattopadhyaya's first novel in English was Rajmohan's Wife (1964).  , Rajni (1977), Rajsingh (1881) and Devi Dharani (1884) became very popular. Apart from novels, he also wrote many books including 'Kukhan Charitra', 'Dharmatatva' and Devatatva 'etc.  


After completing his studies, Bankimchandra Chatterjee was appointed as the Deputy Collector of Jessore, after which he held the post of Deputy Magistrate. He was also the Secretary to the Government of Bengal for a short period of time and retired from Government Nokauti in 1991.  In the 1880s, the British rulers made it mandatory to sing 'God Save Queen' in government programs, much to the annoyance of Bankimchandra Chatterjee.


  Named 'Vande Mataram'.  Hundreds of revolutionaries like Khudiram Bose, Bhagat Singh, Ashfaq Ullah Khan Batukeshwar Dutt, who were involved in the freedom struggle against the British rule, went to the gallows laughing and singing Vande Mataram.  Especially during the partition of Bengal, public aggression turned all this into a weapon against the British.

As a result, Vade Mataram was sung all over the country during the freedom struggle.  Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore set the tone for the song, which was first sung at the Indian National Congress session in 1896. 



On January 24, 1950, the Constituent Assembly adopted Vande Mataram as the national anthem.  It became part of the published Anandmath novel.  According to a 2003 BBC World Service poll of people from 156 countries, Ventner F r [li is the second most popular Marvel in Topten out of seven songs in the world.   Bankimchandra created Vade Mataram in the 1970s.  He called India the mother of Goddess Durga and called the countrymen the children of Naam.

Wankimchandra Chattopadhyay was a writer whose works are very popular not only in the country but also abroad.  His works have been translated into many languages ​​and many films have been made based on those works.  In 1952, Heman Gupta made a film called Anand Math based on Bankimchandra Chattopadhyay's Anand Math novel. 




In 1960, my government's postal department issued a money stamp in honor of Mana Maan.  CHA 1894 Hi Companion of the Most Eminent Order of the Indian Empire (CMEOIE) was 6-109H34104.  He was given the title of Rach Bahadur in 1891.
