The Fit India Quiz, a national platform for students to showcase their knowledge about health and sports, seeks to create awareness among students about the centuries-old indigenous sports, the heroes of our sport of the past and the history of traditional Indian sports. As well as students of higher secondary schools can be registered and standard 8 students of upper primary department can also participate.

The structure will be kept as students of Std. Certificates will be given to the students who participate in the preliminary round. Quarter Final:
36 teams will be divided into 12 groups of 3-3. A total of 12 teams from each group and 4 runners-up from the remaining 24 teams will advance to the semi-finals. Semi-finals: - Dividing a total of 16 teams into 4-4 groups, the winning team from each group will be selected for the final round. : Final Round: - A quiz will be organized between the 4 teams that have reached this round which will be telecast. The winning team here will be declared the National Champion.
