Procedure to be done by the student while filling up the online form
Therefore, every student should be informed that after paying the fee for the first time, if the fee does not show conformity, they will have to wait for 48 hours. There is no need to pay the fee again.
This will be mailed to e-mail (E mail). Write the transaction number and form number specially in the mail.
First the student has to choose his course. After selecting the course the student has to choose his year / semester. Then the student has to enter his UNIQ-ID or Enrollment Number or BU-ID. (Any one of the above three applicable numbers must be entered.) 1. UNIQ-ID to the student of new annual system SYBA - TYBA 2. Enrollment Number to the student of new annual system FYBA and 3. BU-ID to the student of CBCS system then the student has to enter his mobile number. A one time user password will be received on the entered mobile number via SMS. After entering which the student's examination form will open. In the open form the student has to select only the examination subjects where there are optional subjects. Subjects will not have to be selected where there are all compulsory subjects. In addition no other amendment can be made. If the student has FAIL or ATKT in the previous year and has to fill separate examination forms for both the regular examinations of the current year.
(Note:) Students who are fresh first year students will have to upload their photo. The form will not proceed unless the photo is uploaded. After filling the form, the student will have to pay the examination fee online. Student can pay fee from any ATM CARD / DEBIT CARD for ONLINE PAYMENT. After entering the number printed on ATM CARD / DEBIT CARD, after entering the validity of the card printed on it, mobile number has to be entered. Time User Password will be received via SMS which after entering the process of PAYMENT will start. After completion of which a new screen will open in which the option of print comes up then print the form then your exam form / exam fee will be valid.

If you close the INTERNET EXPLORER before completing the above process, your exam form will not be filled and you will be fully responsible for it.
After printing the above form / fee receipt, you have to keep it and after your form is eligible / not eligible by the college, an SMS will be sent to your mobile. If your form is not eligible, contact the college. If your form is eligible by the college, you will have to go to the University WEBSITE and print your hall-ticket and proceed as stated in the press note.

THE FORM SUBMITTED AFTER THE LAST DATE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Forms filled after the last date will not be accepted. ALL THE DETAILS SHOULD BE GIVEN COMPLETELY AND CLEARLY WITH NO FIELD UNTOUCHED. FORM WITH INCOMPLETE DETAILS WILL BE REJECTED.All details should be given in full and clear. Ensure that incomplete details or no fields are excluded otherwise such obscure forms will not be accepted. STRIKE OUT WICHEVER IS NOT APPLICABLE. Write “NA” where not applicable. FOR NAME OF EXAMINATION AND MONTH AND YEAR OF EXAMINATION PLEASE REFER THE EXAM NOTIFICATION FOR FORM SUBMISSION.
