PRE PRIMARY EDUCATION ANANDYATRA BY GCERT

 GCERT-Gandhinagar will send an issue every day from November 09 to November 23, 2020 under the celebration of 'Pre-Primary Education Fortnight (Anandyatra)'. There will be various activities, nursery rhymes, games etc. Please see it for yourself and send it to all teacher friends and parents-children. Today we are sending the issue of day 3 with this.

PRE PRIMARY EDUCATION ANANDYATRA BY GCERT

The framework for the adoption of holistic education recognizes the need and importance of preschool education as outlined in multiple research studies.  Quality pre-school education not only enhances the progress and achievement of children in schools, but it also lays the foundation for future development and learning and develops a positive attitude and desire to learn so providing children with a quality preschool experience is imperative.

PRE PRIMARY EDUCATION ANANDYATRA BY GCERT

 Under the whole education, the preschool program is known as the decisive component of the “Halna Pate Bharat, Badhe Bharat” program.  Which focuses on basic language and literacy basic education.  Thus, the elementary standard (class 1 to 2) will be known as preschool.

  The entire education will support the efforts of the state government in providing preschool education in schools.  To this end, co-space in primary schools will be assisted where possible, curriculum development will be provided where possible in association with the Ministry of Education and Child Development.  The duration of the preschool program for children from 3 to 6 years will be two years.

 In case Anganwadis can accommodate children in the age group of 2-3 years, children in the age group of 2-3 years will be considered as preschool children.    3 crore in government schools.  Where the state government wants to provide preschool education in a formal primary school, the state government will implement the scheme
