Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has given Diwali gifts to more than five lakh state government employees. Accordingly, it has been decided to give Rs. 10,000 as Festival Advance without interest to all the officers and employees serving in the State Government on the occasion of Diwali New Year festivals.
However, to further encourage digital transactions, this advance amount will be given to the officers as well as employees in the form of cards. This advance will be repaid by the State Government in 10 equal monthly installments without interest. It has been claimed that as a result of this noble decision of the Chief Minister, people will be able to buy things during the Diwali festivities. As a result, small traders will get business employment. Not only that, in the current situation, the economy of the country and the state will also get a new impetus.
Government announces bonus for Class-IV employees:
On November 6, the state government announced Diwali gifts for government employees. On behalf of the state government, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel announced that the state government would give a bonus of Rs 3,500 to a class-4 employee.
In this case, Nitin Patel said, "This will benefit the state government employees, panchayat employees, employees of colleges affiliated to the university, employees of non-government schools and colleges and a total of 20,60 class-3 employees of grant-in-aid institutions." Last month, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman proposed raising demand to get the country's economy back on track. The finance minister told a press conference that a special scheme has been launched for government employees. This will enable government employees to get Rs 10,000 in advance. This will benefit the Central Government Employee.
The Finance Minister had introduced two types of proposals to increase the demand: 1) LTA Cash Voucher Scheme 2) Special Festival Advance Scheme The Finance Minister said that Union employees would be able to avail the benefits of this scheme. He said if the state government accepts the proposal, its employees will also be able to avail the benefits. The finance minister said the employee would get a pre-paid card to avail the benefits of the scheme. That means it will already have a recharge. In which you will get 10 thousand rupees. At the same time, the government will bear all the charges against it.
