વિશેષતાઓ 

(૧)વિદ્યાર્થીના એકમ કસોટી પ્રશ્ન તથા ટકાવારી પ્રમાણે ફાઈલ બની જશે 

(૨) માસ વાર એકમ કસોટી એકંદર ફાઈલ બની જશે 

(૩) ગ્રાફિક્સ સાથે પ્રિન્ટ લઈ શકાશે 

(૪) સ્કૂલ ઓફ એકસિલેન્સ પ્રમાણે મૂલ્યાંકન થતાં માહિતી દેવામાં અનુકૂળતા રહેશે 

(૫) એક સાથે ૫૦ વિદ્યાર્થી માટે કામ થશે

સૂચનો 

(૧) સૌ પ્રથમ OPTION મેનુ માં જઈને Enable this content પર ક્લિક કરી ok devu 

(૨) જરૂરી તમામ સૂચના એક વાર વાચી લેવી 

(૩) ગુણ એન્ટ્રી કરતા પહેલા વર્ગની રજીસ્ટર સંખ્યા લખી ok દેવું ત્યાર બાદ પ્રશ્નના કુલ ગુણ પ્રશ્ન મુજબ પીળા બોક્ષ માં દાખલ કર્યા બાદ વિદ્યાર્થીએ મેળવેલ ગુણ ની એન્ટ્રી શરૂ કરવી 

(૪) ગેહજર વિદ્યાર્થી માટે AB કે ગેહજાર એવું લખવું નહિ ગેહાજર વિદ્યાર્થી માટે શૂન્ય માર્ક ગણાય ને એ મુજબ માહિતી મળશે જે ઉપર થી સૂચના પ્રમાણે સેટ કરેલ છે માટે ગેરહાજર વિદ્યાર્થી ના બોક્ષ માં શૂન્ય નાખવું અથવા બોક્ષ ખાલી છોડી દેવું 

(૫) ફાઈલ માં કોઈ ભૂલ જણાય તો જાતે સુધારી લેવી ફાઈલ માં કોઈ પણ પ્રકારના પાસવર્ડ થી પ્રોટેક્ટ નથી જેથી સુધારા વધારા કરી શકાશે 

(૬) બિન જરૂરી સુધારા વધારા ના કરવા લીંક દિલેટી થવાથી માહિતી ખોટી મળી શકે છે જેથી ફક્ત બ્લુ કલર ના બોક્ષ મા જ માહિતી ભરવી 

(૭) કોઈ પણ પ્રકારે ભૂલ થઈને ફાઈલ કરપ્ટ થઈ જાય તો નવી લઈ ને તેમાં ડેટા કોપી પેસ્ટ કરી દેવો 

(૮) ફાઈલ માં કોઈ ભૂલ હોય અને જાતે સુધરતાં ના ફાવે તો ધ્યાન દોરીને એકાદ દિવસ રાહ જોવી નવી અપડેટ ફાઈલ માં જૂની ફાઈલ નો ડેટા કોપી પેસ્ટ કરી લેવો 

ધોરણ ૩ થી ૫ ઉપયોગ માટે ધોરણ ૬-૭-૮ ની જગ્યાએ ૩_૪_૫ લખી દેવું  અને વિષય લખી દેવા

The entire planning regarding the examination to be held in class 3 to 8 in the first session of the academic year 2022-23 is included herewith. It is hereby requested to take immediate action from your level to inform the concerned regarding this.

The periodical tests are to be conducted on Saturdays as per the schedule. To be made available online to the school on the day of the test as per the periodic schedule by the State Project Office, Total Education, Gandhinagar after recess. Periodic test which will be available to the school on the same day will have to administer the test by writing the graded question papers on the board or displaying them on the screen where smart class is available in the school.

The school will not insist on giving individual question paper to each student.

The arrangement given here is for Gujarati medium schools. First language test will be conducted instead of Gujarati in other medium. Gujarati (second language) test will be conducted instead of Hindi in Hindi medium.

The test will be conducted in Gujarati (second language) instead of English in English medium. For the rest of the subjects in other mediums, the same schedule will remain the same.
