1. બાલવાટિકા, ધોરણ-1 ની નવી એંટ્રી ની કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.
2. ધોરણ ૨ થી ૧૨ અપડેશન કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.
3. ધોરણ ૫ માથી ધોરણ ૬માં ટ્રેકીગની કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.
4. ધોરણ ૮ માથી ધોરણ ૯માં ટ્રેકીગની કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.
5. ધોરણ ૧૦ માથી ધોરણ ૧૧માં ટ્રેકીગની કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.
6. આ સાથે ધોરણ ૨ થી ૧૨ માંં જે વિધ્યાર્થીઓ શાળા ટ્રાન્સફર કરેલ છે તે ટ્રેકીગની કામગીરી ચાલુ કરી દેવી.

આધાર ડાયસ માં ધોરણ ૧ ની એન્ટ્રી ચાલુ થઇ ગઈ છે.
આ વર્ષે ૨૦૨૧-૨૨થી ધોરણ -૧માં નવો પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની Aadhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System(CTS) એપ્લીકેશનને જન્મ નોંધણી એપ્લીકેશન સાથે લીંક કરવામાં આવનાર છે.
જેથી Aadhaar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking System(CTS) એપ્લીકેશનમાં ધોરણ -૧માં નવો પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓનલાઇન એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટે જન્મનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (Birth Certificate) સાથે રાખવાનું રહેશે.
બાળકની ઓનલાઇન એન્ટ્રી કરવા માટે જન્મનો પ્રમાણપત્ર મુજબ સૌ પ્રથમ બાળકનો જન્મ જે જિલ્લા, તાલુકા અને ગામ/શહેરમાં થયો હોય તે સિલેક્ટ કરવાનું રહેશે.
ત્યારબાદ બાળકનો જન્મ નોંધણી ક્રમાંક(Regitration No) દાખલ કરવાનો રહેશે. અથવા બાળકનો જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર નંબર (Certificate No) દાખલ કરવાનો રહશે.
જેથી જન્મ નોંધણી એપ્લીકેશનમાંથી ડેટા શોધીને સુધારા ન કરી શકાય તે પ્રકારે બતાવશે
જેમ કે, બાળક્નું નામ, પિતાનું નામ, માતાનનું નામ, જાતિ, જન્મ તારીખ, જન્મ નોંધણી ક્રમાંક અને જન્મ પ્રમાણપત્ર નંબર આ ડેટા CTSના ફિલ્ડમાં પણ ઓટોમેટીક દાખલ થયેલ હશે.
જો આ ડેટામાં સુધારા જણાય તો CTSના ફિલ્ડમાં સુધારા કરી ઓનલાઇન એંન્ટ્રી પૂર્ણ કરી શકાશે.

Government of India regarding the work to be done for 2021-2 under Aadhar Enabled DISE-Child Tracking system for students studying in Std. 1 to 12.
According to this, a database of information including unique IDs and names of all the children studying in Std. 1 to 12 has to be created, under which the students studying in Std. Online entry / update tracking is successfully done every year from the school level itself so that the information of all the students studying in 8th to 12th grade is available from the school level with correct, accurate, error-free, real time and up-to-date information.
The latest information including the names of the students studying from 1st to 12th has to be prepared. la App, Mindsparks, 242 - t System, Merit, Mission Study, CQube Application, Re-enrolling school dropouts, Assistance to disabled students, Scholarships, SARAL App, Std-4 Diagnostic Test, Periodical Assessment Test (PAT) , Is taken from the Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System (CTS) application for online entry of marks obtained subject wise as per semester. In the web mobile applications of other departments of the Government of Gujarat such as Digital Gujarat Portal, ITI Admission, State Examination Board, and CMdashboard Portal launched by the Hon'ble Chief Minister, the required student data is provided through Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System (CTS).

Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System (CTS) application has been successful. In addition, the Adhaar Enabled DISE - Child Tracking System (CTS) application of the newly admitted students in Std-1 from 2021-2 this year will be linked with the birth registration application. If this data improves, the online entry can be completed by modifying the CTS field. Schools run by Gujarat Board (Government / Granted / Non-Granted / Ashram etc.) and affiliated to other Boards (Central / Military Railways etc.) as per the year 2021-2.
The following activities are mainly done at the school level.
As
(1) the entry of the newly admitted students in Std-1 has to be done as mentioned above,
(2) the information of the students registered in the year 2020-21 has to be updated for the year 2021-2.
(2) In the year 2021-2, information of Std. 1 to 12 students from other schools should be obtained and tracked in the standard in which they are studying.
(4) Students who have gone from Std-9 to Std-9, Std-9 to Std-9 and Std-10 to Std-11 are also admitted in the same school or other school from which the child is going The school will have to make sure.
(5) If a child of Std-9 and Std-10 who has gone for vocational education, ITI etc.
