For conducting and recruiting Principal Aptitude Test (// sd Masters Aptitude l'est- IIMAT ") for the recruitment of principals in non-government aided secondary and higher secondary schools of the State.
In secondary and higher secondary schools, principals are recruited as per the provisions of the department's notification dated 6/06/2018 and subsequent amendments. The State Examination Board is informed to organize (|| eal Minsters Aptitutle 'Tts! - HM / K') and then the office of the Director of Schools is informed to take action before the recruitment process, these two offices should take action in consultation with each other.
In addition, at the time of planning of the examination / recruitment, in the notification of the department dated 3 / O2 / 2/17 and the updated notices and standing resolutions and circulars made in it from time to time. As per the provisions, it is requested to ensure that the eligible candidates are examined / recruited after verification of the prescribed qualifications and experience.

Details of Educational Qualification and Experience:
Only candidates who have been appointed to the post of Principal in the registered private (Grant-in-Aid) Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools and who have fulfilled the required qualifications, experience and other provisioning conditions in this test. May be present.
B.Ed with postgraduate in any of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school or M.Ed with a bachelor in any of the subjects taught in secondary / higher secondary school. Or have equivalent degree as declared by the State Government and have at least 7 (seven) years of experience in teaching / supervision after being appointed as per rules in a registered grant-in-aid / government secondary / higher secondary school.
A person has a B.Ed with a bachelor's degree in any of the subjects taught in a registered secondary / higher secondary school, or equivalent degree as declared by the State Government and registered Grant-in-Aid / Government Secondary / Higher Secondary School as per rules Having a minimum of 10 (ten) years of teaching / supervising experience after appointment, the details of educational qualification and experience will be verified by the Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Recruitment Selection Committee in this regard will be final.

Then in the given options, select the appropriate option from the options of "Net Banking of fee" or 0her Payment Motle "and fill in the next details. After the fee has been credited, it will be written on the screen that your fee6 has been credited and you will get an e-receipt to print. If there is any defect in the process, it will be seen on the screen that your fee has not been paid.
The State Board of Examinations has been informed to conduct Head Masters Aptitude Test and then the Office of the Director Schools has been directed to take action for the recruitment of the principals.
In addition, at the time of planning of examination/recruitment in this regard, in the notification of the department dated 25/07/2017 and from time to time in accordance with the provisions of standing resolutions and circulars, the eligibility and experience should be examined. Hopefully, a request is made to ensure recruitment.
