The State Government has implemented the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act-2009 for the children of the Government of India with effect from 1/4/2010.  Accordingly, Std-8 has been included in the primary schools of Std-1 to 7 in the state.  

In primary education in the state, Std-1 to 8 is divided into two sections namely primary education and Std-6 to 8 upper primary education.  Due to such changes, training graduate teachers are being recruited for higher primary education standards 6 to 8.  Before this division, i.e. before June 2010, recruitment was done only for primary education (Std. 1 to 7).

This also included teachers/teaching assistants with higher primary education qualifications.  Therefore, teachers/teaching assistants who are qualified for such higher primary education are now appointed in primary education for the purpose of giving them the opportunity to do teaching work according to their qualifications, but those teachers who are qualified to be higher education teachers  The matter of inclusion of 6th to 8th upper primary schools was under consideration of the Government.  The Government considers this matter carefully and decides as follows.

Graduate as well as PTC / B.Ed qualified and TET - lor TET - II or H- to apply online.
