The author of the great Indian epic Ramayana, Valmiki Rishi, was a Hindu sage who lived around the beginning of the first millennium. He is known as 'Adikavi', the original creator of 'Hindu' verses. It is because of him that great epics like Ramayana, Mahabharata, Puranas and other works in the form of verses have been composed.

Adyakavi, the author of Ramayana, Maharshi Valmiki or Prachetas a Brahmin was born there. Maharshi Valmiki's birthday i.e. Valmiki Jayanti is celebrated on Poonam day of this month. Prachetas name because his father's name was Pracheta. His real name was Ratnakar. Once his parents went to the forest to perform penance, he left them in the forest. Later a Bhil couple saw them and took them with them. He named the child Walio. The couple raised him. When he grew up, he became proficient in archery and Bhil started stealing from him.

According to another folklore, he was with his parents and was abducted by a Bhil couple while his parents were engrossed in devotion. He made this child proficient in archery so that he could steal and run his house. The child became known as Walia Luntara.

Theology by a sage

He thought that his family was very happy with his art. Nobody cares if he steals and runs the house. His superstition was dispelled when he once saw a Maharishi wandering in the forest for a loot, and with the intention of looting, he approached him and asked him to give him whatever he had. The sage said to him, "I will give you what I have on one condition. Ask your relatives, for whom you have sinned, will they share in your sin? If they say yes, you will rob me, and I will give you everything. ”

The guardian says, "But what if I go and ask you to run away?" Then the sage said, "I will stay here. I promise. " The guardian went home and asked everyone according to what the sage had said. Asking the families, they said no. So he felt very bad and surrendered to the sage. So the Maharishi asked him to chant Ramnaam and disappeared.

Where the Maharshi used to sit and do penance, the guardian also started doing penance while sitting there. While chanting there, so much time went by that while sitting, the body was covered with locusts. Then the same sage came and pulled him out of the raft. Rafda is called Valmiki in Sanskrit, hence the name Valmiki. After that he was counted among the sages.

According to another folktale, he was a Brahmin by birth from the Bhrigu dynasty. Luck took him to a family of robbers, who brought him. Accidental contact with Saptasis - Seven sages and sage Nareda changed the course of their lives. By repeating the Ramayana or by the name of Rama, he attained the highest state of ‘Maharshi’ or great sage. They have been known as Valmiki ever since ‘Valmika’ or an anthill was grown in its long-lasting tightness and long-lasting penance status.

The pain of stork slaughter

He made his ashram on the banks of river Tamsa and stayed there with his disciples. Sage Bhardwaj was the chief among his disciples. Once he went to bathe in the river. As he was bathing, he noticed a stork on a tree in front of him. The male in the pair, who became sexually active, was pierced by an arrow with a bow. So the bird behind him became very sad and gave up his life. So much compassion arose in the heart of Valmiki sage that an unmistakable rhythmic voice came out of his mouth.

In Nishad Pratishthan Tvamagam: Shaswati: Sama :.

“Hey Nishad! You will never find prestige, respect, honor, limits, pride, fame, fame, glory, fame, status, place, establishment, residence, shelter, etc., because he is one of the crouching birds engrossed in this work Has committed murder without any guilt. "

This episode shows the change of heart of Valmiki who became a sage from a robber. On this occasion Valmiki regretted that despite being a sage he cursed a hunter and composed a new verse in anushtup verse.

Later, as per the order of Brahma, he composed hundreds of poems on the same name by which he was sanctified by God. There was no regular poetry before this. This poem was composed first and the poet is also called Valmiki Adyakavi.

After this incident, when Narad Muni Valmiki came to meet the sage, Valmiki spoke to Naradaji about the verse and his regret. He also wished that using this Anushtup verse, he wanted to create something that would guide the entire human race. He asked Naradaji if there was anyone who was the ideal of all virtues. In which all the virtues have been assimilated?

It was at this time that Naradaji inspired the sage Valmiki to write about the life of Shriram. Thus, Ramayana was created. It was around this time that Sita Valmiki came to live in the sage's ashram and Love Kush was born. Love Kush grew up learning how to sing Ramayana in the ashram and he popularized it in Ayodhya. Hearing of his fame, Shri Ram also invited Love-Kush to sing Ramayana in the Rajya Sabha.

The title of Adikavini

Valmiki, the original Sanskrit poet, composed the Ramayana with divine vision sixty thousand years before Ramavatar. His book Valmiki Ramayana is still famous today.
