2. Download a copy of Form EPIC-002 from Chief Electoral Officer's website.
3. Fill in the form and attach all the required documents as mentioned in the form such as FIR copy, proof of address, and proof of identity.
4. Submit the form to your nearest electoral office and collect your reference number.
5.You can track your application status on the state election office website using this reference number.
6.0nce you have submitted the form, the electoral office will verify your it.
