KALA UTSAV 2020 ONLINE IN SECONDARY AND HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION.

Subject: About Kala Utsav-2020 (online).  Reference: (1) Guideline of Kala Utsav-2020 (2) E-mail letter of NCERT dated 20.10.2050 (3) Notice on the note.  The center will be a folk traditional and classical art form of any style.  Students of Std. 9th to 12th from any government, government grant in aid and private (non grant) school will be able to participate in Kala Utsav 2020.  The various forms mentioned below are included in these contests.  Given the current state of the Kovid-12 epidemic and the social gap, 

it has been decided to hold the competition in "online mode only". 

 The following art forms (categories) have been included in Kala Utsav 2020.  

District level festival - date

18 to 22 december 2020

Zon level festival date -

30dec 2020 to 2 janu 2021

Stat level festival date-

08/1/2021 to 12/01/2021

As per the planning stages of Kala Utsav 2020: 

1) First stage - district level competition (children / competitors registered for district level competition) 

2) Second stage - zone level competition (winners of district level competition) 

3) Third stage - state level competition  (Winners / Competitors of Zone Level Competition) 

The winning contestants / schools at State level will be invited to participate in the National Level Art Festival as planned.  If the art festival is to be held in online mode this year, the implementation of the art festival program will be done below.

  Program Implementation:

 (Microsoft Team) Online program will be organized by MS team at district, zonal and state level.  The link to join the program will be sent by the entire Shiksha one day in advance.  The Authority in charge will ensure the dissemination of the link and the work of connecting all the participants.  To immediately inform all the secondary and higher secondary government schools, grant aided and non-granted schools of the state through DEO in all the above competitions.  In addition, the teacher will be able to contact the children / parents by phone to encourage them to participate in the above event among their school children.  To help in this regard by also contacting BRC / CRC / BRP in rural schools.  The Education Inspector (EI) will be the nodal officer for the district and zonal level competition, the DEO office and the AD District Project Coordinator - Quality Education and Monitoring will be the sub nodal officer.  The smooth running of the entire competition will be the committee mentioned below.
