4. Initially teachers can get necessary guidance from AYARA / CRC / Block MIS to run the class through Microsoft Teams,
5, teachers need to use Microsoft Teams to participate in the class, give necessary guidance to the children / parents or do handholding if needed.

6. Plan in stages when the number of classes is very small and encourage as many students as possible to join in a way that involves all the children in the class.

14. To correct the hour based on the comments received for immediate and continuous feedback. Give homework / rehearsals after completing
15, 2-3 themes and take comments related to the courses in the form of activities and review them during the discussion.
16. Practice can be in the form of individual or group activities.
17. Teachers can set their own criteria for tracking and monitoring.
18. Prepare planning before taking a class by Microsoft Teams.
19. Use DIKSHA portal, syllabus and other online resources for lesson planning preparation.
20. Keep a record of the number of lessons completed with the attendance of students.
21. Use a variety of reference study materials created by the entire Education, GCERT and Board of Secondary Education and other online resources.
22. Students should try to give the presentation in the following format created by the teacher during the online class.
a, Slides should be easily readable.
b. There should be 5 bullet points / points on each page.
c. Maximum use of pictures, photos, graphs, charts.
d, Avoid tables if possible.
e. Font size - Minimum 24 points

હાલમાં માઈક્રોસોફ્ટ ટીમ્સના માધ્યમથી વર્ચ્યુઅલ ક્લાસનું આયોજન થાય છે જેના માટે રાજ્ય કક્ષાએથી યુઝર અને પાસવર્ડ આપવામાં આવેલા છે જેમાં સરળતા માટે તમામ પાસવર્ડ એકસમાન રાખવામાં આવેલા હતા. જે હવેથી દરેક યુઝર પોતાની પ્રાઈવસી અને સીક્યુરીટી માટે આપના માઈક્રોસોફ્ટ એકાઉન્ટનો પાસવર્ડ બદલવાનો રહેશે. જેના માટે નીચે મુજબના સ્ટેપ અનુસરો.
1. આપેલ લીંક પર ક્લિક કરો 🔗
2. રાજ્ય કક્ષાએથી આપવામાં આવેલ યુઝરનેમ અને પાસવર્ડથી લોગીન થાવ.🔑
3. Old Passwordની કોલમમાં આપને રાજ્ય કક્ષાએથી આપવામાં આવેલ યુઝરનેમ અને પાસવર્ડ એન્ટર કરો.
4. Create new passwordની કોલમમાં આપે પસંદ કરે નવો પાસવર્ડ એન્ટર કરો.
5. Confirm new passwordમાં ફરીથી આપે પસંદ કરેલ પાસવર્ડ એન્ટર કરો.
6. યાદ રાખશો આપ જયારે નવો પાસવર્ડ બનાવો છો ત્યારે તેમાં કેપિટલ લેટર, સ્મોલ લેટર, નંબર, તેમજ સિમ્બોલનો ઉપયોગ કરશો તો જ પાસવર્ડ બનશે.

બાળકો ને ઉમેરવા માટે
માઈક્રોસોફ્ટ ટીમ્સમાં હજુ બાળકોને ગત વર્ષનાં ધોરણમાં જ બતાવે છે.
જે આ વર્ષના ધોરણમાં લેવા માટે સૌપ્રથમ Teams મેનુમાં જશો. તેમાં ધોરણ લખેલ છે.
તેની બાજુમાં ત્રણ ડોટ પર ક્લિક કરી manage member માં જવું.
તેમાંથી તે ધોરણમાં રહેલ ગત વર્ષના બાળકોના નામની બાજુ પર રહેલ ત્રણ ટપકા પર ક્લિક કરી Remove કરવા.
ત્યારબાદ + પ્લસની નિશાની પર ક્લિક કરી આ વર્ષના બાળકોને એડ કરવા.
*ભૂલથી પણ આખું ધોરણ ડીલીટ કરવું નહીં*

ઘણી શાળાઓમાં તાલુકા/જીલ્લા શિક્ષક્ કેમ્પમાં શિક્ષકો બદલીને આપની શાળામાં આવેલા છે, જેમને MICROSOFT TEAMS ના લોગીન માં જૂની શાળાના બાળકો ના ધોરણ અને નામ બતાવતા હશે, જો આવા કોઈ શિક્ષક્ આપની શાળા માં માં હોય તો તેમને MICROSOFT TEAMS હેલ્પલાઇન નંબર 07923973615 સંપર્ક કરવાનો રહેશે સંપર્ક કરતા પહેલા પોતાનું ટીચર આઈડી અને હાલ જે શાળામાં ફરજ બજાવે છે તેનું DISE CODE સાથે રાખવું, આ નંબર કચેરી સમય દરમ્યાન (10:30 થી 06:00) કાર્યરત રહેશે.
