New Delhi: The country's largest state-owned oil marketing company IOC (Indian Oil Corporation) operates a gas agency distribution service under Indian name.  If you are booking from a mobile number to book a domestic LPG cylinder refill, this is news for you.  If you are a customer of Inden Cylinder, gas can no longer be booked on the old number from today.  Inden has sent a new number to its APG customer to book a bottle of gas.  This number will allow you to book gas refills.

The number announced by Indian Oil can be used by Indian customers across the country to book gas through IVR or SMS.  Indian Oil said that earlier there were different mobile numbers for different circles of the country for booking cooking gas.  Now the country's largest petroleum company has announced the same number for all circles, which means that now Indian Gas customers across the country have to send a call or SMS to 7718955555 to book an LPG cylinder.

From November 1, oil companies are to implement a new LPG cylinder delivery system to prevent theft of domestic cylinders and to identify the true customer.  Find out what the new system is and how home delivery will happen.  This new system is named DAC i.e. Delivery Authentication Code.  Now just by making a booking, the cylinder will not be delivered to your home.  But, a code will be sent to your registered mobile number, that code will not be delivered until you show it to the delivery boy.  However, if there is a customer who has not updated the mobile number with the distributor, the delivery boy will have an app through which you can update your number in real time.  And then be able to generate the code.  This system will increase the difficulty of customers whose address is wrong and mobile number is wrong.  So for this reason the delivery of their cylinders may be stopped.
