Providing services related to "Digital Gujarat Seva Setu" Son Ration Card at village level through e-Gram Vishwagram.
Among the services provided by www.digitalgujarat.gov.in of Government of Gujarat, Panchayat Gram Housing and Rural Development Department has provided the following services through e-Gram Vishwagram Center through Village Computer Entrepreneur affiliated with e-Gram Vishwagram Society.
Decided by the resolution of

the letter mentioned in section 2 states that under the 'Digital Gujarat Seva Setu', the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has been asked to take over the e-gram center for ration card related services. .
E-Gram Yojana has been implemented in the state from the year 2007-08 to make the work of Gram Panchayats up-to-date, well-organized, timely, easy and fast through information technology. Under which broadband e-connectivity has been provided at 17 gram panchayats with computers and related equipment and necessary software. PPP at all e-gram panchayats Village Commuter Entrepreneur (VCE) is connected depending on the model.
E - VCE from Gram Panchayats Various G2C and B2C e-services such as Birth-Death Certificate, Character Certificate, Proof of Income, Extracts of 9/12 and 8-A, Tax 5 Collection, Electricity Bill Collection, GSPC Services like bill collection, railway and air travel tickets, telephone-mobile recharge, insurance, money transfer and utility fund operations, application forms of other departments etc. are being provided. The following additional services under the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs are considered to be provided under Pan E-Gram Vishwagram Society.
Different types of ATVT services are being provided by the government www.digitalgujarat.gov.in. Among these services, the provision of services under Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department through e-Gram Center was under consideration of the Government. At the end of the adult consideration, it is decided by the state government to provide these services in the following details. The services prescribed earlier by the resolution of reference-1 shall be followed by the following procedure for the services of the following order 1 to 5 and the services of the following order 3 to 4 to be added to this resolution M6 (six). Resolution:
Among the ration card services provided by the Government of Gujarat through www.digitalgujarat.gov.in are the following services under Panchayat, Rural Housing and Rural Development Department From per service Rs. 20 / - (Rupees in full twenty) will be provided.
Adding Name to Ration Card - Additions of Narmes in Ration Card (Form No.-2)
[3] Deletion of Name in Ration Card - Deletion of Narmes In Ration Card (Form No.-2)
[3] Correction of Name in Ration Card in Ration Card (Form No. - 2 - A)
[3] For correction of Address in Ration Card - Correction of Address in Ration Card (Form No. - 2 - B) . 3)
[3] To get duplicate ration card - For Duplicate Ration Card (Form No. 2) For the above operation, the following action has to be taken at the village level.
1. VCE at village level their log-in ID. Form no. Online application has to be accepted on "Digital Gujarat SevaSetu * Portal for 2, 3, 4-5, 6 - B, 2 and 3. 2. The application has to be scanned and uploaded online. 3. After submitting the online application by VCE, The beneficiary has to be given access to his / her prescribed sample.
Log-in of GRcc Portal by the concerned Deputy Mamlatdar (Supply). D. Application submitted in and proof must be verified.
5. After necessary verification, the application has to be Approved or Rejected Online by the Deputy Mamlatdar (Supply) through GPCC Portal. Requisite signature regarding application of 2 (b), 3 and 4 - Relevant Talati for coin has to be done and in this regard necessary orders have to be made by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
7. Regarding the Approved Application for Adding Name to Ration Card (Form No. 2) Ration Card, Amendment of Ration Card (Form No. 4A and 2B), Appointment of Guardian (Form No.-2) VCE their log-in I. D. Print the required details prepared by the system on the inner page as per the allotment made by the District Supply Officer at the village level. Add the new inner page in the existing ration card of the applicant ration card holder Will be given to the concerned applicant.

8. Form no. VCE regarding their Approved application D. Generate NOC from 25 a a. In the NOC generated by VCE, the Deputy Talati on behalf of the Deputy Mamlatdar (Supplies) will give the relevant signature-coins, date to the applicant, for which he will have to make necessary orders to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to authorize Talati for this operation b. VCE their log-in. D. Print the required details prepared by the system on the inner page as per the allotment made by the District Supply Officer at the village level and add a new inner page in the existing ration card of the applicant ration card holder Will be prepared with the date and given to the concerned applicant.
9. Approved application for obtaining duplicate ration card (Form No.-2) VCE their log-in I. With the printed number as per the allotment made by the District Supply Officer at the village level from D. The booklet of that category (AAY, BPL, APL 1 APL - 2) and the required details prepared by the system on the inner page. - A duplicate ration card will be prepared by certifying the coin and the balance and will be given to the concerned applicant. 10. Booklet of that category (AAY, BPL, APL 1 APL 2) with printed number as per allotment made by District Supply Officer at village level and for allotment of printed inner page by Talati at village level and Deputy at taluka level.
An affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You will no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give the power of affidavit to Talati for these services
The Gujarat government is going to launch a digital service bridge in the program. The aim is to simplify government work in this direction. Digital service bridge program will be started in 2700 villages out of 3500 villages of Gujarat and in 167 talukas. The service, which will start on October 8, will cover 8000 villages by December and will make 22 services digitally available. These 22 services include ration card, widow certificate, proof of temporary residence, proof of income.
About this, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that an affidavit regarding this service can be made to Talati. You will no longer need to go to a notary for that. The state government has decided to give the power of affidavit to Talati for these services. 3500 villages are to be placed on this platform, though 2700 villages have been included due to by-election work. Gujarat will be the only and first state in India to provide such service. 14000 gram panchayats will be phased out. All gram panchayats will be covered by next year. This is a total project of Rs 2,000 crore, in which 90 per cent of the cost is borne by the central government, and 10 per cent by the state government.
At the time of making this announcement, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has claimed that Gujarat has the lowest level of corruption. He said that while Gujarat has got a weapon like digital service bridge to reduce corruption, corruption will be reduced in the coming days.
In remote rural areas of the state, it has been decided to start an innovative experiment of digital service bridge in the state using modern technology so that the public interest services of various departments of the government are available from the village level to the gram panchayat itself. Rural citizens do not have to rush to the taluka-district headquarters for daily services or certificates, for example, time and transportation costs are saved as well as the cost of not going wrong is not correct. It has been decided to start from October 4 in two thousand gram panchayats covering Sevasetu. It is decided to cover more than 4,000 gram panchayats in this digital service bridge by December 2020.

The most important thing in the digital service bridge is that connections will be provided through optical fiber network to make the high speed internet of 100 MBPS easily available in the villages of the state.
So far, 42 km panchayats of 27 districts have been covered by 31 km underground optical fiber network.
Not only that, every gram panchayat is connected to the state data center. Thus, the innovative concept of making the villages of Gujarat a mini secretariat has been adopted in this digital service bridge.
From now on, services like registration, enrollment or correction or getting duplicate ration card, income proof, senior citizen sample, criminal certificate, caste certificate only from the service center of gram panchayat service from gram panchayat office. You will get a nominal fee of Rs.
It has also made a radical decision that rural citizens do not have to go to the taluka level or town notary in the town for affidavits for such instances.
Powers will be given to the Gram Panchayat Talati cum Minister at the village level to affidavit the affidavit to be done as per the provisions of Section 3 of the Oaths Act, 1969. So that affidavits can be made available to the rural citizens from the village itself in the gram panchayat.
