How to apply:-

 Only online application will be accepted in respect of advertisement decided by the Board.  The candidate will be able to fill up the application form on OJAS during the date indicated in the advertisement.

 

By the candidate

 .First go to OJAS.  

Now click on "Apply On line".  

Clicking on the category advertisement in the latest job advertisement will get the details of the place. 

Clicking on "Apply now" below it will open the Application Format in which the candidate has to fill in "Personal Details" first.  (It is mandatory to fill in the details if there is a red asterisk (*).) 

After filling in Personal Details, click on "Educational Qualifications" to fill in "Educational Details".

 

Click on "Add more education" if you want to show more qualifications.

 

Click on "Self declaration" below it.  after that

 Click on "yes" to accept the above conditions.  The application is now fully filled.

 Now click on save and your application will be accepted online.

 After applying, the candidate's "Application number" will be generated.  Which the candidate shall preserve.

 The "Staff Selection Commission" was constituted to carry out the functions assigned to it by the General Administration Department of the Government of Gujarat, Resolution No. KBY-114-1918-C.4 dated 21-7-8.  Resolution No. KBY-114-1918-C.4 of the SWA Department dated R-11-17 to keep the name of this commission, its work, scope of work etc. in a more specific manner, with a view to make it "Gujarat Karmachari-Sandagi Mandal".  However, the name of the Gujarat Public Service Commission is non-existent in the state, there can be no two commissions for the same purpose, so the name of the Mandal "Gujarat" from the Resolution No. KBY-106-RR11-G6 of the SWA Department dated 01-08-190.  The secondary service is called "Sandagi Mandal".  This office has the status of the office of the head of the department.

 Duties of Gujarat Secondary Service ગી Sandagi Mandal

 Vacancies to be filled by direct recruitment of non-secretariat cadre of class-II, filling of vacancies of non-technical and technical cadres of class-II of the heads of departments / departments under the state government, self.  To provide compassionate employment to the dependents of the employees, to conduct departmental examinations of all the cadres of class-3 of all the departments / heads of departments under the State Government, etc.
