Baseline Survey 2022In the context of National Education Policy 2020, Nipun Bharat Mission has been launched in the entire nation as well as in the state to reach all the children studying in Std 3.
The mission aims to achieve learning outcomes tailored to children according to their age. There is a need to know the study achievement of children from 5 to 8 years of age in terms of preparation for achieving this goal by the children of the state. To this end, a baseline survey will be conducted to find out the basic literacy of children aged 5 to 8 years i.e. children studying in Std. 1 to 4 and their study achievement in arithmetic. The instructions for this are as follows. .
Instructions
This survey is to find out the current study status of children, not the examination of children.
The survey will cover all medium schools as well as all government, subsidized and self-governing schools in the state.
Study findings given under Nipun Bharat Mission which are to be achieved by the students at the end of that standard. Children currently studying in Std. 1 to 4 will be included in the baseline survey. The student who gets admission in standard 1 has to evaluate the kindergarten based on the final study findings.
The student who gets admission in standard 2 by completing standard 1 is to be evaluated based on the study result of standard 1. In the same way, the study findings of standard 2 for standard 3 as well as the study findings of standard 3 for standard 4 are to be evaluated.

The device of the survey includes individual as well as group assessment, which will have to be evaluated by the corresponding teacher.

The CRC, BRC, BIT Education Inspector as well as the Taluka Primary Education Officer will have to visit the school during the baseline survey. Diet lecturers will have to visit their Liaison Taluka schools.
