સ્કૂલ પસંદગી માટે તા. : 24/05/2024 થી 26/05/2024
RTE પ્રવેશ માટેના ત્રીજા રાઉન્ડ અન્વયે જો આપ શાળાઓની પુનઃપસંદગી કરવા ઈચ્છતા હોવ તો તા. 24/05/2024 થી તા. 26/05/2024 સુધીમાં ઓનલાઈન અરજીમાં જઈને એપ્લીકેશન નંબર અને જન્મતારીખ નાખી માત્ર શાળાઓની પસંદગી બદલી શકશો, જેથી ત્રીજા રાઉન્ડમાં RTE પ્રવેશની કાર્યવાહી કરી શકાય.
*( ખાસ નોંઘ ) _-* ત્રીજા રાઉન્ડ માટે અરજી સબમિટ કરાવવી ફરજીયાત છે, જો અરજી સબમિટ નહીં કરેલ હોય તો ત્રીજા રાઉન્ડ મા ચેક નહીં થઈ શકે.
The Government of Gujarat will be responsible to organize the RTE Gujarat Admission 2020-21 admission procedure for the eligible applicants every year. For the applicants who want to get admission in the school the official authority will release the application forms in online mode on the official website of the university.
Applicants who want to get admission in 1st class needs to fill and submit the application form which will be made available on the official website itself. The Government of Gujarat will organize the RTE Gujarat Admission 2019 – 2020 under the RTE Act 2009.
In the state of Gujarat, all the private schools will be in a position to reserve 25% seats under the RTE Act 2009 for the applicants who belong to the weaker section of the society and provide admission to the eligible applicants.

Eligibility Criteria
The important information related to the eligibility criteria is mentioned below for the reference of the applicants:
RTE Admission 2024 Gujarat Application Form- The applications will be invited by Directorate of Primary Education for the admissions into primary classes. Children of age group born between 2 June to 01 June will be considered for admission. Along with that the child must belong to one of the categories:- SC/ST with Parent’s Annual Income upto 2 Lakh, OBC with Parent’s Annual Income upto 1 Lakh and GEN Category with Annual Income up to 68,000. The Children not satisfying this criterion will not be administered and the list of the rejected forms will be displayed on the website with the reason of rejection.

The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act or Right to Education Act (RTE), is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted on 4 August 2009. The act describes the modalities of the importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6 and 14 in India under Article 21a of the Indian Constitution. The Act makes education a fundamental right of every child between the ages of 6 and 14 and specifies minimum norms in elementary schools. It requires all private schools to reserve 25% of seats to children (to be reimbursed by the state as part of the public-private partnership plan).
